Animation & texture support for the latest awd 2.0 format is under development” 2 - Have you planned a workflow tutorial on your great mini-tutorials page on your site ? From 3dsmax export to a Flash Builder import (via Prefab2 of course?) Thanks and again : “great works !!” for your work |

Did a few video’s tho. For v2, I want of course do it way better. Especially because Prefab holds specific features, such as the “guys” for instance whom are not perse obvious in what they do and what they could mean for you. Problem with this particular case is that its in early stage and it evolves (added another one yesterday). Possibly making the manual partially obsolete if I would do it now. So each time I’ll add a page to the “manual”, it will be over an item that has reached a certain maturity and is here to stay. I do realize that my app is inserted in many project workflows and do require a descent manual, doc and (video) tutorials… |

Oh this will be much easy fill scene by static objects! So I simply import OBJ fixing scale and size, then create material making right props, apply textures and just press export awd2. Omfg, It so easy now. I think after that interest to Away3d4 will be growing up. P.S. But still confused by my problem with methods.. Just dunno why they wont work with my game. /forum/viewthread/2558/ |

It is also the lightest and fastest as you do not require any loaders. To be added later on: lights support, now you have to set them yourself. Awd file format v2.0 supports only diffuse maps atm. 2.1 should support normal & spec maps. Shadow: we are aware of this issue. |
