Use the issue tracker at http://awd.googlecode.com For c.rash issues (like the one you’re seeing) please attach the minidump file found in <your home folder>/AppData/Local/Temp/3dsmax_minidump.dump. You will need to show hidden files in the explorer to be able to see the AppData folder. Cheers

Thanks Skyrick. I’ve downloaded that now. So while the format is now locked down the spec can still continue to evolve in a forwards/backwards compatible way. In other words if I write to that spec correctly my exports should still continue to work in relation to new AWD2 parsers. cheers

Does this AWD2 spec represent the announced locked down version of the format? This spec is labelled WIP in big red letters.

In case anyone else is interested, I found that browsing the repository yielded the following message on the spec page:
However, in the bottom right corner of the page I found the following, which provides a link to the spec file. Use “Save Link As” or similar. You’ll need Open Office or other odt viewer to read the file.

The exporter seemed to install fine, I added the plugin successfully as outlined in the readme. However, every time I export I get the following error message:
The resulting file contains nothing.
