Hey all,

Since I rather like nice documentation smile, and since the API docs for Away3D 4 listed on this site are broken and really outdated, I fixed up the comments in the source and generated my own with ASDoc.

If anyone else wants to reference/download it (obviously it’s incomplete as away3d 4 is still in development), you can find it at

http://66.172.10.177/away3d-core-fp11-docs/

http://66.172.10.177/away3d-core-fp11-docs.zip (download)

Cheers,

Excellent, thanks very much :O)
I have previously put in a request for a Wiki, so people can start writing docs.

Cheers!

Hey, is there any chance of getting the asdoc configuration / options you used to genereate this? I’m having problems due to the Scene3D API causing compilation errors and I’m new to asdoc. I already tried messing with the FlexSDK configuration, but I just get different errors. rolleyes

Anyways, thanks for making the updated documentation available! grin

Best regards.

Somokon, thank you very much for noting this and providing your own docs.
JohnBrookes, thank you too for providing our link =)

I have updated the documentation area with the appropriate link: http://www.away3d.com/documentation/

I’ve also updated the download link for Away3D 4.0.110915, in the downloads area. This is just today’s zip file from Github, away3d-core-fp11.
