Largest Texture size possible for SkyBox?

I know prefab is a work in progress but just want to say this really rocks!

Hope there are some in depth tutorials planned.

Having some issue importing large (2048 px) bitmaps for use in Skybox.
The application hangs after I import and select the resize option.

Is there a recommended largest size possible?

Thank you, glad you like the app.

Tutorials are indeed on my todo (for a while), problem being that the app evolves a lot and will continue to do so for 2013.
I’m currently busy on something that will change for a big bunch how you insert Prefab in your workflow. Once this is up&running;, I’ll provide more in depth tutorials.

As about the 2048 size, I was able to reproduce. Since I’m getting no errors, I’m investigating what is causing this…

I have the same problem. It seems that this does not depend on Prefab3D, but it is a more general. I get the message:

[Fault] exceptioninformation=ArgumentErrorError #3705: Cubemap texture too big (max is 1024x1024). 

From: Flashdevelop 4.4.2,  Flash Player 11.1 or 11.7, SDKFlex 4.6.0 and library Away3d 4.1.4

A little pity that the docs are thin in the descriptions, but I think I understand why.
