Does Prefab3D have an internal format ?
Meaning: is it possible to save a scene and load it back intact ?

Also if I save a scene as AWD2, are “guys” saved within ? May I rest assured that the last 20 minutes adjusting things didn’t fly out the window ?

Trying to establish a workflow here and google doesn’t bring anything clear on the matter.

In order to save them/reload there are currently no ways,
which is why I’m currently busy with a Prefab own format as we speak…

Only thing available now is to export as as3, all your settings are then exported into the PrefabProject class.

I’m perfectly aware of this shortcoming (I’m a Prefab user myself too)
and this really something I hope to have functional very soon…

Thanks for the explanation Fabrice. Of course the development takes time, that’s completely understandable, looking forward to future iterations!

Try now..  you can now set up extended sceneries, without the need to start over from scratch: you can save! That includes behaviours.
AS3 exports are also exporting everything, awd 2.1 will probably meet these requiments sometimes this year. I’ve added support to sour files and will look at sea3d and probably add export capabilities to zest3d. I’ll add all I can to ease production.
