Hi
Trying to map a loaded image to a grid of either planes or cubes. Not exactly what I’m trying to match but a standard golden section rectangle would be one type of grid

How do you ‘slice’ a loaded bitmap so that the image appears seamless when the cubes-planes are adjacent?
A grid with equal divisions would obviously be a lot easier!

Multitexturing? For example, you have pure grass texture and texture with rocks (+ alpha). You can tile grass to each plane and put stones texture on top of it with random offsets(for each plane).
