Greetings everyone,
I started using Away3d three weeks ago, sneaking around this forum a while… And finally got my new project on his feet, Away3d sure is a great and easy engine to learn !
So this game is called : HyperSpace Δ
It’s a super fast drive through space avoiding cubes simulator…
I just created a video and the game page to make more sense
HyperSpace Video Page
The game will be release soon on IOS and Android for free.
Controls are 100% via the accelerometer, which gives a really immersive feel.
This is my first attempt at a 3D game, it renders pretty well on mobile, steady 55/60fps, and Starling is on top of it.
I had to focus a lot on the performance because of the nature of the game, I would get the best performance avoiding few things like, Away Physics, Lights and Complex geometry.
The music is also home made, so you can tell me if it sounds promising to you or not.
Thanks to the Away 3d team and community.
Regards,
Jérémie
