What exporter do you use with Blender? What workflow is correct? How to work with materials?

Hi! We make the game. We use blender for models. Who does so? Please tell me the correct pipeline to export my models for away3d game.

We do this way

blender->3ds->away3d (flash)
blender->obj->away3d (flash)

The result is not very good. A lot of manual work. Lose smoothing. Lost materials. One of the formats loses name for objects.

How to configure materials?
Attached examples for render in Blender and in-game render. 

It seems we have too many reflections. How can we bring away3D render to render in Blender?
