Hi to all Away{ers} !So After writing a basic mini -map which I posted in a previous thread here and which was released on my blog ,I found some more spare time to convert it into a lib.TheMiniMap lib currently features 3 different mini-maps that you can utilize in your project.Not going to explain it ,you can rather see it by yourself:

The maps are platform independent which means -you can integrate them into any 3D engine you want.The source code will be available in a couple of days on my blog: http://blog.alladvanced.net
