Linking to other threads causes error

This one’s been around for a while.

As the forum grows and grows and the same issues are discussed again and again, it becomes even more important to be able to link from one thread to another.

Having occasional spam in the forum is annoying, true, but rather that than disable links altogether.

Why not employ a “human detection routine”? Seems to work effectively on many other forums.

nope is was that we couldnt post any urls that lined to the forum. If you put something like
had to remove the url from here or spam thing kicked in
and submit your would get the sapm detection thang.
So we resorted to telling people to go to
viewthread/2634/
Just to get past the spam detection

YAY just did it again had to redit this post

Sometime it works sometimes not
