Will we need to license Adobe’s new “Flash Player premium features for gaming” to run Away3D 4 come August? The use of Stage3D.request3DContext seems a given but does/will Away3D require the ApplicationDomain.domainMemory api?

Thanks!!

Away3D team we need your stand on this. What are the plans for Away3D and AwayPhysics? Premium Features or not?

How often do you use apparat and alchemy? If it’s used automatically in the 3d framework, then sure, it would be nice. But at this point I’m not sure that it is needed. For physics it would be quite nice though.

If you just use Away3d you do not need a license. Away3d + anything compiled with alchemy (eg. Awayphysics) WILL require a license.

Can we get some specifics on this? Mainly, does Away3D use Stage3D.request3DContext or ApplicationDomain.domainMemory? Will it in the future?
