I have updated Prefab3D to version 2.136 today.
Unfortunately, the new version seems to have broken AWD2 export.
I import an asset as I used to do in the previous versions and export it to the AWD2 support.
I than load the AWD asset as a byte array into my Flash application and try to parse it with
assetLoader.loadData(byteData);
. This has worked before.
Now, it results in this exception: TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert away3d.core.base::Geometry@5919d81 to away3d.materials.MaterialBase.
I have tested new assets and older assets that have worked with the previous version.

Did your awd happend to be generated with the version before?
Right after release 2.135 with the new saving option, I’ve discovered this severe issue and stopped spreading of updates right away. Between finding, fixing and testing, it costed max 6 hours before a new update (2.136) was available. As the faulty update was out for +-2 hours, you must have used it during this 8 hours window…
As I’m still busy in this field, if you are sure that it wasn’t generated by 2.135,
Please send me the awd so I can inspect it. Otherwize, only way to fix is to load your original model in 2.136 and export again.

I importet a Collada DAE after I updated Prefab and the error occurred. So the 2.135 shouldn’t have any influence on this issue.
I have attached an AWD file exported with the 2.136 version that exhibits this behaviour.
Thanks for looking into this!

Somehow the attachment fails. Please send the dae to fabrice3d at gmail dot com so I can see what the expected behavior/result must be and spot easyer the issue. I know in big line what the problem is in the awd but so far none of my test models do trigger the problem anymore.

From what I can see the issue has been resolved. I tested several assets that gave me troubles before and they work again!
Thanks again for your quick response, this has helped me a lot!
