Good morning from Pacific, Away3d team!

We are planning some features and technology details for our next generation flash 3d App based on Away3d 4.x, Interactive MovieMaterial will play a very important role in it , so we really want to know some key features or wishlist about Away3d4.x, do you have some TODO or Feature List to share with us community in this forum/ website?

What will interactive MovieMaterial going to be in Away3d 4?

Eagerly Looking forward to your reply !

Thanks!

I’d like to second this request very enthusiastically.  In older versions of Away I used MovieMaterial extensively.  It is extremely important if Away3d 4.0 is going to be more general than targeted just mostly to video games.  When I worked at Unicast and Viewpoint corporation we used it extensively to create various commerce applications like product tours and configurators (i.e. a MovieMaterial used to create the interface on a touch screen smart phone).

Really hope MovieMaterial shows up in Away3d 4.0!  It would be so incredible with the hardware acceleration!

Agree!

I think it depends a little on Adobe’s support, the low level API that exposed to the advanced framework such as away3d 4, the Stage3D API is really not fully evoluted… so many limitations really get me confused!

Adobe need more hardworking !
