Hi, I imported a 3D file (made and textured in blender) into prefab3D, then I tried to export the file as either AWD1 or AWD2. NO AWD FILE WAS CREATED IN THE SPECIFIED DESTINATION! I don’t know the reason. I hope somebody will help me.

You are on windows? Check that the directory where you export has the write privileges. try export on desktop where its public.

do not use awd1, while there is nothing wrong with it. This was the first awd format for both Prefab 1.0, its exports for up to away3D 2.2.

It was kept into Prefab3D to allow very old flash 8,9 and even 10 projects to be maintained/corrected.
Note that the public version of Prefab, exports correct awd’s 2.0, but the parser in latest Away3D has the flag for compression way around. Search this forum on awd/compression if you have problems to reload in your project. I’ve posted the fix…
