Away3D Forum Device loss

Hi,
the device loss problem is driving me crazy!
I have updated Away3D to 4.0.9, read pages and pages of discussions for months, tried to find a solution in some way, but I can’t fix this problem at all: in I.E. if I go to lock screen and then I return to game the background bitmap (the native view3d property) disappears. In Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc I can’t set the game to fullscreen otherwise I lose all 3D elements…
My game is totally unusable! It can’t go online as it is now, and my boss is… well, I hope not to be fired :|

Please help me, I would like to fix this bug once for all after months of struggle.

Do I have to open a thread in GitHub? I should fix this problem in… minutes!
If someone knows a solution, please tell me how I can do!

I am also updated Away3D and face the same problem like you but not yet find the solution of this problem.
