Rendering Sort_Z inverted on loaded 3DS ColorMaterial if alpha =1

Hi guys,

Loaded 3DS with ColorMaterial alpha = 1 will have an inverted Sort_Z on rendering. Meaning that far objects are rendered in front of near objects.

If I put some alpha = 0.9 the GPU sort them correctly.

Any ideas on what cause this ?
