Hi Fabrice, I tried to click on material names everywhere I could but can’t seem to find a way to rename mats.
I’m at the very beginning of my development, but this feels sort of like a showstopper, as I need to name my mats uniquely for smart loading. I plan to use texture atlases, xml scene definitions and if my material names collided that would be really bad…
So that you have the full picture - I’ll be loading AWDs without embedded dependencies and more AWDs might be sharing the same materials and texture atlases. Obviously mats will come and go, so it’s crucial I have unique identifiers for all the mats.
Any chance of adding the feature in your next iteration ?
