I need to make balloons that float up at a constant rate. When they collide or forces get applied to them, I also need the balloons to not keep spinning but to always contend to turn right side up… any ideas or know how to do this. I’m thinking it has to do with some constraints and/or motors but none of these things seem to be working the way I would expect at the moment. I don’t quite have a grasp for the AwayPhysics concepts yet.

But when I say return right side up, a balloon always floats with the knot/string on the bottom. Even after a collision, it teeters back to its upward position. So I need something like an anchor or spring at the bottom of the balloon forcing it back to its natural upright position. Also if gravity is off, is there something that acts as a constant force like gravity but with no acceleration? I want the balloons to float upward (helium) and not gain speed and not stop ever. |
