Been trying to understand world scale (http://www.bulletphysics.org/mediawiki-1.5.8/index.php?title=Scaling_The_World)

Bullet uses meters and seonds with default 9.8 gravity

The bvhTriangleMeshCar demo
The car wheel base is 380units with default gravity
So would that be 380m (huge car) or is away using cm or ?

Tried both scaling the world and or scaling the model, but neither gives better or even workable results.

Ahhh found it

1 visual units equal to 0.01 bullet meters by default, this value is inversely with physics world scaling
