Shadow Artifact Problems in Actual Device

Maybe this is a hardware thing but I would like to know what would be the safest setting so you won’t get those weird artifacts when enabling shadows?

I have an average android quadcore phone and my current setting that should be related to this issue are:

camera.lens.far = 5000
Edit: any shadow method has an artifact on receiver texture (ie. ground)
