Hello everyone, i am Gaetano i use Away 3D since few months now and i am developing a mobile multiplayer game with it (Away 3d + Away physics + Starling).
I have a problem with Air 17 and Away 3D(?). When i deploy my game on my Galaxy Tab 3 i can see just the SkyBox in the background and nothing else happens, could be a problem of the context 3d? because also the UI based on starling doesn’t show up on the screen.
What do you think?
Thanks Guys!

I’m also new to Away3d and while I am able to see good results on the PC with the basic tutorials (skybox, setting up your scene), I see nothing display on the iPad2, not even the skybox. Just the background color.

(I saw another post somewhere that said you need to do a view.render() after setting up the scene. Tried that, but no effect).

Has anyone successfully run an app on the iPad2?

Maybe there’s been a recent change in the tech and the tutorials need updated?

Could really use some help, thanks in advance.

Hello bradg
I used Away 3D with my ipad 2 and it worked perfectly (much better than in my galaxy tab 3), my problem started with Air 17.
I know adobe made a good improvement with the last sdk for this reason i would like to use Air 17 but if i won’t find the solution i will deploy with the previous Air version.

Gaetano, I’m currently using Air 16, but not getting anything to render.

I’ve got to be setting up something wrong.
