Hi guys,
Newbie here after a bit of help. Basically I need to create a series of cut scenes for our game using away builder. I’ve got the model working in 3dsmax using the standard biped setup with some motion capture, everything looks fine and is moving correctly in the 3d space. The idea is we use the same mesh for all the characters and swap out the MD5 animation and texture files. When I put the mesh and anim into away builder via the MD5 exporter the character animation is centered around the origin, making the animation look nasty. Is this the way animation is used in away3d or is there a way for the animation to move around the 3d world exactly as it looks in 3dsmax? Do I need to alter my biped setup for this to work correctly?
Many thanks
Dan
