Depth Of Field Calculations

Hi,

I am trying to implement a Camera that would behave the same way a real one would. My question is, provided with a NearPoint and FarPoint what value should I use in the DepthOfFieldFilter3D in order to get the same result a real world camera would produce? Another way to put it might be what does the MaxBlurX,MaxBlurY correspond to?
