The skeleton’s foot is at the center. The actual person falls down. I can set mesh.y to get him above ground. The man used to be half the mesh height. But then I found the girl fell 3/4 height.

It will be great to bring the person back to the skeleton position. If not, I will need to know what percentage she falls. How do I get that info?

I found a solution, but not complete. In prefab I can set position.y to make the mesh stand on the ground. However, when I scale, the static point is still the skeleton’s foot position. That makes the mesh go down into ground again.

How do I make the avatar stand on the ground even after I scale it?

I was being silly. From the information I metioned above, the problem can be solved by doing some math. Please don’t tell my math teacher about this smile
