AWPConvexHullShape incorrect displaying

I’m using Away3D 4.1 and AwayPhysics v0.69 (30-7-2012). AwayPhysics I downloaded on github.com. I want to download the latest version 1.0 but can `t find it. Please help me faster.

When i using Away3D 4.0 all displaing very well. How can I use Away3D 4.1 with AwayPhysics? Who knows that? Please answer me.
