ever since the first release of away3d 4 i keep wondering, why the MouseEvent3d doesnt have any information about waht face/verticle of a mesh was hit by the mouse.
i believe both the as3picker and the pbpicker, are using the faceIndex to calculate the uv, that is stored in MouseEvent3d, so why not store this faceIndex too?
i have done some test with this myself, and it seems to work.
so what is the reason, its not in the library?
dont you think its usefull?
