Mobile render issue

I’ve built an application that let’s you view the planets in the Solar system. The desktop version work like a charm, however when i’m trying to port it to mobile, i get weird rendering issues.

The issues i’m facing seem to be related either to lighting or camera clipping distances but unfortunately they do not go away even after doubling the values. These issues do not happen on the older version of away3d 4.x ( can’t remember what came before the gold version ), hence the weirdness of it all.

So…please help ? smile

I attached a picture with the render on desktop ( left ) and on a tablet ( right ) so you guys can understand what i’m trying to say.

mobile devices that i’ve tested the application on:

Motorola Xoom 2
General Mobile
Samsung Glaxy S3 ( works like a charm, no render errors )

SOLVED

Added a FresnelSpecularMethod with a PHONG shaderModel and now it looks just fine smile
