3d max exporter and skin animation problem

Hi!
I bumped into the problem i couldnt solve.
While exporting 3dmax model with the bones animation using AWD plugin I get badly corrupted result. Displaced vertices, bones and such.

I googled every possible question and tried various ways (like 3dmax > DAE > Prefab) but nothing helps.

It seems to me what its related to some sort of model/exporter incompatibility but I need to know which to fix the model.

Can anyone give a quick glance at the model and tell what is wrong?
