Has anyone had luck with installing the MayaAWDExporter?

I’ve put the following files inside my plug-ins folder:
mayaawd
MayaAWDExporter.py
pyawd

and I’ve put MayaAWDExporterUI.mel in my scripts folder.

I’m running Maya 2010. Everytime I go into my plug-ins manager and check the loaded box for MayaAWD I get the following error:

// Warning: Failed to run file: /Users/Shared/Autodesk/maya/plug-ins/MayaAWDExporter.py //
// Error:  (MayaAWDExporter) //

Has anyone had success? Should I have a newer version of Maya? Is there any way to get a more descriptive error?

Me too ......=_=

If noone responds, maybe try it yourself, like this:

1. Open source file of that “MayaAWDExporter.py” with text editor.
2. Try to find that error message in that file, maybe there is something simple, like version mismatch, etc.
