holes in texture

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a model in Blender, and used Prefab for UV mapping and export to a class.
It’s all working very well, but there is some holes in the texture, when the object is moved around in the scene, they appear randomly and disappear the same way.

Is there a of avoiding this?
The other strange thing is that everything looks very good in prefab, so it has to come from my side.
