Assigning to BitmapTexture.bitmapData orphans Stage3D Texture?

For the BitmapTexture class, it looks like if you assign to the bitmapData or call invalidateContent(), then Away3D will allocate another texture from the context3d, and orphan the old one. (in getTextureForStage3D())

These can only be reclaimed by calling Context3D.dispose(), so it seems like there’s a problem managing this limited resource.

Perhaps I’m missing something, can anyone enlighten me?
