Problem with local and global rotation of object container systems

Hi,

I have created a system of three object containers being in one object container, i.e.  four spheres building a tetraeder. http://www.eyestee.com/test.
I want the sphere titled “showtime” after being clicked to be frontside and showing upward, so that you can read the title.

Any idea how to calculate the different rotations (X,Y,Z) of the blue sphere in dependence of the rotations of the tetraeder?
