RigidBody rotation

cylinderBody.transform.appendRotation(car.getRigidBody().rotationY, new Vector3D(0, 1, 0),cylinderBody.position)// not work


I do not want to let cylinderBody the center roration want it at the top or bottom.
I do not know what other methods of rotation rigidBody?
