Texture transition between objects

Hi, guys.
I have 2 planes in my scene, with different materials(with splatting layers). How can i make a smooth texture translation between this planes?

   
 
   
     Is it possible to add bones to regular meshes and animate them? ››
‹‹ how to tile a 60*60 map to a plane(1000*1000).
