Baking shadows at runtime

Hello, I wish to have Away3d calculate the shadows and then “bake” them onto my Elevation texture to avoid re-calculating them at each frame. My light source will not likely move, so the shadows will remain more or less the same.

Is there a setting or feature to prevent re-calculating them at every frame?

Also, is there a way to set the shadow resolution to get a more precise shadow outline? (other than filtering)
