Applying a normal map to a sphere primitive

In Blender, I’m able to take a black and white image and apply it as a bump map on a sphere to create a pattern.  It seems like I can’t control the placement or bump amount in Away?

This is just a solid green material with a bullseye shape .  There is no UV unwrapping (see the attached jpeg).  How can I achieve the same thing with Away?  I’d like to not have to load the sphere as a model if I don’t have to and just use a sphere primitive.

Is that possible?
