RTTBufferManager is a class used internally by the framework to manage buffers that are used while rendering to texture (instead of to the backbuffer.) This is used, for example, when applying filters to the view.

It’s not documented because it’s not something that Away3D users should be using, so it has not been prioritized in our documentation efforts.
