filters and effects

hello i wonder if i cold archive that in away 3d?

i know about the View3D.filters3d

and tried to play with BloomFilter3D effect and the DepthOfFieldFilter3D but
i cold not archive what they did in Unity.

can someone give me a tip how to get a good quality filters and effects?

well the problem is that there are not many filters in the package, but you could theoretically achieve something similar by tweaking the filters
