Hi there,
I am quite newbie to 3D and I am facing a problem with zooming out in skybox. Namely if I zoom out empty rectangular areas appear on the edges of stage while rotating camera. Could you explain me what actually happens? Is there anything I can do to overcome this problem? Does the resolution of pictures/stage affect this problem? Any help appreciated…

What you can try is setting the _view.camera.lens.far further away, to 10000 or something (mind you that clipping does have a purpose: avoid rendering objects that are far away and thus speeds up the program, but for small projects you can get away with it). —Apprentice |

Sorry for this question but there is no description in the docs… And why there is no public api for doing this? Am I really supposed to overwrite this class in order to influence protected props? |
