Is there any tutorial that describes the making of this 3D Art on a picture?

You don’t need an extra 3D engine for this effect.
Since Flash 10 you have had a z-axis on you movieClips and that’s all you need for “postcard 3D” which this is.

3D is the picture in which we can seen the length,breath,and height of the picture .That was imaginary or virtual not real.
