Hello

I’ve been browsing what could be achieved with Away3d (Broomstick) and 3D Animations, but every time I find a new article/tutorial/class about it, it’s about a Character animation with bones/skeleton and stuff (using MD5 Mesh and MD5 Anim).

So I was wondering, can we import an animation of something else ? Like a liquid animation, an explosion of a cube, etc.. Just something animated but not characterish-related ?

Thank you !
Maxime

hi

in away3d 4 there are vertex animation classes too. they work with md2 meshes. i cant tell you if there are any working examples / demos available about vertex animations. in the broomstick examples on git, there is a md2 example that uses vertex animation, but using the latest away3d scr it wouldnt compile…
