I’m looking for a way to render u3D files (universal 3D, the 3D format that’s also being used in PDF. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_3D for info), in Away3D.
I don’t think that’s possible out of the box right now. Are there any libraries out there that can help me?
Is this something that will be added at some point?
Anyone out there who has already done this?

You can build your own parser using the parsing framework (have a look at how one of the existing parsers is implemented) or you can for example hire one of us to implement it for you. The third option of course is to wait and rely on it to happen automatically at some point in time, which it might! |
