Is there a way or a tool to open or edit a .atf file?

At the time being I believe the only way to encode ATF files is using Adobe’s command line utility. There is no GUI application that can edit ATF files directly, so what you need to do is use any tool (e.g. Photoshop) to create your input files and then encode them using the command line tool once you’re happy with them.
