I have computer with ATI HD 3650 and the render goes to software?
Does someone know this issue.

I’ve asked Adobe for a list of unsupported graphic cards for FP11 GPU acceleration with no answer yet. Maybe if you ask in the Adobe forums you will get a better reply.

Just in case, have you tried your app in another computer? Are you using wmode=direct in your html file?

I have also Toshiba laptop, and computer on my work and it work just fine on them.
Toshiba has ATI Radeon 5××× series and on work I it got GeForce 9500 GT.

Have you tried updating your graphic card drivers?
I had this issue at a point, but updating the graphics driver fixed it.

From the release notes…

Hardware accelerated rendering of Stage3D is not supported for graphics drivers released prior to 2009, due to incompatibilities in older drivers. These systems will utilize software rendering

Prior to 2009? Gulp.  That’s not great for the mass market…

No I was amazed as well. Incubator supported Intel cards, and worked perfectly. I still can’t understand why they dropped support for Intel GPU!?
