I am working with 3dsmax 2011 . Is there any exporter available for this version? I only found something available for 2012.

You will spare yourself a few small steps if you simply go with saving your 3D model as 3ds and in your code enable 3DS parser?

Ok for using the 3ds parser.

But is there limitations compare to using awd exporter in terms of textures (format and numbers) and animation control possibilities? Aka is it worth upgrading to 3dsmax12 for having the awd exporter available instead?
