I am new user in Away3D.

I wrote a simple application:  imported SEA3D + camera + a few lights.

When you run it into Android there is a problem. Please find attached drawings.

description:

In the scene I have an object with:
- Difuse texture
- Scecular texture
- Normal texture
- and six plans of ID numbers 1-6.

When you start the scene rear object plane is visible.
When I turn the camera, the back faces are not visible.

Is it a problem with the Object ID? Or maybe the problem is Android system, which can’t cope that?

In this case, the material is
alphablending = true;

What’s the problem?

Please help

I think maybe this is a away3d’s bug?

Waiting for a super hero to fix this.

Try:
material.bothSides = ture;

And also make sure that you have this line in your ???-app.xml
<depthAndStencil>true</depthAndStencil>

I found a technical articles about Depth sorting alpha blended objects

Try:

view.depthPrepass=true

With a Event.ENTER_FRAME about Camera.rotationY, then, set depthPrepass true or false If a value (like 0)
