shading not applying on modified mesh

Hello,

I’m using a bend modifier, from as3dmod, ported from away3d 3.6 to 4.0.
The bend works but the light is applying on the mesh like it was unmodified.
The shading is not calculated on the mesh after modification, so there is no effect to show the bend with the shading, which is regrettable.
I’m wondering if I can solve this issue by forcing the light to be recalculated after each time I change the bend values.

You need to invalidate the normals buffer. If autoDerive is true, the normals will be updated.

—> assuming here that your port of the as3dmod api is cpu based.
