Hello

I use broomstick last version from github with Flash player 11 beta.

I try to load this 3DS object in my scene (with materials).
http://www.model3d.biz/obj/object.php?did=21&iid=83&oid=3506

I have this error at runtime.

Error #3663: Sampler 0 binds an undefined texture

It’s probably a problem into my 3D model but i don’t know what !!!

When i remove all materials in my 3DS, everything works fine.

Is this a common issue? How can I solve it?

Thx

Guillaume

Hey all,

I do receive the same error on my huge code base. However, not using 3DSMax files but exporting material-less *.obj files and manually applying materials at runtime.

Google helped me find http://groups.google.com/group/away3d-dev/browse_thread/thread/ac0cbcc87c7920ce?pli=1 where Richard already was in touch with that problem. In my test it always happens long after all resources have already been loaded. That’s why I don’t believe the error message.

As I am running into the exact same problems as in the Google Group’s Posting, I am very interested in any progress on that.

Thanks!
Alex
