Awd exporter for 3ds max exporting a messed up model?

I am new to 3ds max and away3d.
I created a very basic model in 3ds max without any animations, bones, or textures. When I export the model using the .awd exporter, the model is messed up as shown in this screen shot - http://imgur.com/HVVtZ


I have attached the .max file. I think there is something wrong with the way I am modelling.

I would really appreciate if somebody could help me out here.

you need to set all mesh pivot point at 0.0.0 in 3dsmax
or use link and attach all your mesh to one cube at 0.0.0
compact in zip your file i can’t download

hello loth,
I tried to position the pivots to the center of the objects, if that is what you meant by 0.0.0. I had earlier positioned the pivot point at the center of the scene because i wanted to create a circular array. But it did not solve the problem, and model is still messy.

I have now attached the .max file in zip version, can somebody please have a look and help me here.

wow big probleme is not a good modelisation set
1°/ prefert edit mesh
2°/ use symmetry
3°/ your mesh pivot is not good so all central mesh is overlay (in max to smile

so many work you have !? sorry

for good modelisation divide by 4 mesh
create face by face bottom and up stadium 6 face for round corner
apply double symmetry x y
apply meshsmooth

you can do all stadium in single mesh
