Using AWD

Hi,

My 3D artist has tried the AWD plugin to try and export a file with animations included using the this tutorial: http://away3d.com/example/3ds_Max_workflow

The tutorial files work like a charm, and he can export them correctly, but when he tries to do an export on his own file it fails. Can he use the motion mixer for the animations? Or is there a certain object hierarchy that needs to be in place? He has even tried to export an extremely simple case with a ball bouncing, but nothing works.

And yes he has thoroughly checked sequence.txt file for errors.

Could anyone please help, as this is stopping development of our project?

hello yes i see why
1°/ Only bone animation is export so biped and keyframe animation don’t work.
2°/ you have to keep bone hierarchy (with final bone).

in exemple i use biped and motion mixer, but is the bone structure is finaly export biped only here like a support
